Supply going up sharply?

Has anyone noticed what seems to be a glut of houses going onto myhome.ie this week. Just in the past few days I have noticed at least 25-30 per day and thats just for Dublin North.

From what I remember this used to be the case Apr-May time so one can only imagine how many we are going to see come summer…

I initally thought it was the re-pricing of houses but myhome doesnt seem to put them to the top of the search list anymore.

This is about the rate they we being added from Sep to Mid Nov too.

That’s sounds about right. Used to be easy to pick up the ones that were repriced.
