Googling the address gives us this:

Presumably 63 and 64 together constitute “Tavistock House”, although that cannot be said for certain.

The correct link is myhome.ie/residential/brochu … n-6/414944

I’ve stayed there, a couple of years ago! Not bad B&B actually… Looks to be still in operation, while they’re hoping to sell. The 63&64 are indeed the “Tavistock House” B&B, but looks like they’re now trying to sell the two individually as a non-going concern (for renovation to a family home). Surprised they couldn’t keep going as a B&B, it’s a bloody good location.

The owners are retiring. That’s what I was told by the previous auctioneers who were handling the sale when the properties first came on the market.

cheaper to buy separately

now asking 650K

myhome.ie/414944

650 now? Hmm, reckon they’d close to that depending on it’s condition

that looks like superb value when compared to houses around that price or a lot higher in the D6/D6W/D14/D16 areas…

yeah laid out as b & b though and on very busy main road - still can’t be far off

With such a massive price fall in a single year on a attractive property in a highly sought after location …how can a true value be put on any property in SCD ?
You would want to be very brave to try catching the falling knife that is the current SCD property market.

Still available at 650K. Somewhat surprising it’s not sold yet

The renovation costs probably very high indeed. Car parking tricky.

Done up though is it a 1 million Euro house. I wouldnt think so.

Sale Agreed: myhome.ie/residential/brochu … n-6/414944

Another one bites the dust.

About time for it, how many years was it on the market?
