I think a price range of EUR 1m to 2m would be more reasonable in this market. I deliberately huge range as the value of these type of houses extremely subjective and there really aren’t many buyers for the > EUR 1m range. Can’t see a hope in hell of getting EUR 3.5m in the next decade.
