This Feerick guy’s company must be a pretty toxic place to work to get such a low rating on glassdoor. Sounds like a cute hoor very small fish in a tiny pond. Those ratings tend to be yelp’ified.
Pretty unimpressive revenue and revenue per employee numbers after almost 20 years. Those are year 3 to year 5 numbers. So going nowhere very slowly. Most companies with those numbers are wound up after 10 years.
Based on that the RIP guys are probably in the right and its just a typical shake down by the other party. So the old story. First rule in this business is always assume that the other party might try to sue you in the future, no matter how nicey nicey they are, and you will never be unpleasantly surprised.
