I think as the younger cohorts age across the west with their lower home ownership rates we will see increased taxes on pensions, superannuation and on property sales. Especially on disposal of family homes when parents die.
I saw a comment yesterday. It was along the lines of âyou no longer buy property, you inherit it. Look at the society we createdâ.

The adult milestones examined are financial independence, completing education, working full-time, leaving parentsâ home, getting married, and having children.
Wanting to live and get on in life is âpressureâ and âtyrannyâ. FFS.
