It’ll be interesting to see what happens when the property business starts up again (to whatever extent it does these days) after the total shut down that occurs every December.
Lately I’ve been watching 1 bed apartments in Dublin City Centre. Around this time last year a few E100,000 apartments appeared and then rapidly disappeared. They started hanging around a bit longer towards the end of the year, and there are now 5 1 beds at E100,000 and another studio at E80K. They’ve all been hanging around since October/November.
To me that E100K is a major mental block, and I expect between now and April we’ll see lots more in that price bracket and lower.
Only question is how much lower?
