The worst value house in Ireland?

In an absolute sense, yes. But if weighting to take account of location then this, surely, must represent a zenith of sorts?

€1040 sq ft in Glasthule.

Luckily there’s only 330 of them…

Thats a glorified studio apartment

26 Templeogue Road, Terenure, Dublin 6W, €225,000 - 49 m² / 527 ft² For SaleB3 … 6w/3587493

11 Silchester Road, Glenageary, Co Dublin €1.795m 2745ft² For Sale D1 … in/3587512

If Landlord says it’s overvalued it really must be something

:open_mouth: Surely a pin first!

That price is mental.

Got to admit, I don’t know the area well, but what on earth? This seems mad.

WFT - Head explodes.

Sherry Fitz of course

To add insult to injury, they hived off a good portion of the garden for a 2,100sqft new house, which badly overlooks the garden of the original house.

thats properly mental

nice area but surely 500k over valued

It gets worse. Looking at the measurements they’ve given for the length of the rear garden; it appears as if nearly half the garden is being separated into a site. Two houses were recently built in the neighbour’s garden; one of which was sold for €1.1m:

Guessing one house will be constructed to the rear of this sometime in the near future.

It’s already been built!

I apologise, you are correct. Google maps is out of date. Can plainly see it the images.

112 Ballymun Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9
€795,000 - 4 Bed Detached House 108 m² / 1163 ft² For Sale … -9/3576765

€684/sqft on a busy main road, requiring total refurb and small east-facing rear garden. Insanity.

800k to live on ballymun road

#3719 … -8/3608801
1260 sq ft
No garden
Surely a typo?

Nice BER also

When you have a house like that which has been done up but the BER is still crap - does it generally mean they just did cosmetic stuff to make it all nice and fluffy but it would be an ice box during winter?

I viewed this place 68 Meadow mount Churchtown on Saturday … 14/3595607 and its similar case recently renovated but BER is an F. It was a really nice house and you could definitely move in and live there but would probably need to look at insulation etc.
