I have a lot of contacts in the developer world and over drinks at xmas I was told that if you don’t play ball with NAMA they will make life very difficult for you .
At the end of the day its just debt resolution . You can bounce back the hard way or the easy way . NAMA are bankers who answer to the government and therefore the taxpayer . In dealing up them it is best to play along and be honest and then they will write your debts off . If you are a areshole about it they will make life difficult as they don’t want to be in tribunal in 10 years time and mess up their bonus .
I am told a lot of stuff which is always prefaced with " We can tell you because you are outside of the country ( I live in Australia ) .They would shit themselves if they knew that I posted on the Pin . Problem is the fucking libel laws .

you may find something on one of these sites that tells a story similar to one of the ones you might have (or not of course)…
and you could then post a link to this story here…
