Seems unusually cheap per sq foot for Dalkey.
Is it in much worse condition than it looks in the photos? Ardbrugh Road is nice, from what I remember from the mists od time growing up nearishby
Its actually three to the right of where its marked on the map on myhome. Virtually no back garden.
It’s cheap per square foot relative to the Dalkey houses on myhome that aren’t selling, but less so compared to those that actually are. Coolbawn on Railway road was asking 550k for 1670 sq ft when it sold recently (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=39196&p=541001&hilit=Knocknacree#p541001) - I never saw the square footage listed for this but it felt like 2k sq ft inside. Both of those houses had big gardens.
Also, if you look on google maps you’ll see a big development site (currently on hold) to the NorthEast (mentioned on post for Seacrest) that may dramatically increase the traffic on Ardbrugh Road if it gets built.
Therein lies the rub.
