IIRC correctly Soros funded Open Society was supplying the initial mass invasion in 2015 and the invaders with Debit Cards to enable their transit into and across Europe and the EU.
Those EU wide roaming charges and cheap access to mobile data across all of the EU was also very important capability that enabled the mass invasion to truly begin, in a very organised manner, all the invaders have a full suite of maps and intelligence programs in their hands than can support such a massive menace army, allowing them to translate, triangulate, congragate with no need to assimilate.
