This is interesting for a couple of reasons. One is the obvious that apartment rentals may be tightening, although the suspicion must remain that forclosuregate is simply preventing movement.
The other is the graph itself. With Daft and Myhome having a pretty good corner in the market for rentals (I think?), it should be possible to build similar a similar sort of index for places in Ireland? (The larger cities anyway). While we don’t have a median an average point might do the trick?
