I question if this is true for Ireland… and would suggest they are in many cases still outrageously expensive.
An interesting anecdote… I’ve been busy looking for new wheels and have noticed that often a car on one of the leading car sites will have a price of say 5k on it… but if you go to the dealers pics or there own website you will often see the cars prics as 6k or more. It seems very clear to me that they have one price for the greater market place and one price for the chumps who will call to one forecourt and can’t bargain. Does the same apply to house prices in Ireland?
