Considering that it’s only a matter of time before the bailout is agreed, what would the implications be for NAMA?
Will it be able to fully go ahead as originally planned?
Will cash be more urgently required elsewhere causing the whole thing to be short-circuited?
Is it possible that NAMA will continue to be prioritised before the rest of the economy causing an even tighter contraction?
Sure NAMA is going to be the answer to all this. It will turn a hefty profit to pay for the bailout.
