That house was massive, c. 10,000 sq ft if I recall correctly. So under 200 per sq ft in the end

A very high end finish as well, you couldn’t build it for that price
Appears to be sold now. Nice house and looks to be finished off to a very high standard. Wouldn’t be mu type of house even if I was filthy rich. Just too big and clinical
