No. 70 sold for €209,000 at a recent O’Donnellan Joyce auction, but has 4 bedrooms with two ensuites. No. 103 needs a new kitchen & bathroom. Any ideas?
I guess it is worth what someone wants to pay on the day, but I would think that €190k is about right for a PPR.
As an investment property I cant see that it is worth more than 160k, based on €900 PCM
