Wiw 15 Milltown drive, churchtown, d14

Looking for 125k more than the one two doors up that sold not that long ago. Probably get close enough to asking.

Is this segment of the market going to slow down?

There is massive demand for this type of house in this location. I can see this selling for higher than the asking - seen as this sold for around 460k - and I would think Milltown Drive is a nicer location

Will it slow down soon? I hope so. These price increases are not sustainable. But when will that happen is anyone’s guess - from what I can see, there is still massive demand - and I’m not sure where the supply is going to come from in this segment of the market

sale agreed

last asking 425

Sold at 485. That’s some increase on no. 13 that got
300k

Wow. I did think it would sell for higher than the asking.
This segment of the market is gone crazy. It used to be the case that “shells” of houses, needing a huge refurb, sold at a discount, given the amount of time, effort, cash etc that is needed. I think they are now selling at a premium - because the market is being driven by cash buyers, everyone wants to design the house of their dreams.
