It’s very nice. I would expect to pay a large premium for the style of house, it being detached and especially the huge garden but the house is smaller than it looks from the outside. Buckets of potential though.
Great looking gaff but too pricey IMO - would not be that suprised if it fails to sell at auction

As blown-in says, 33 Nutley Rd got EUR 890k
I was going to fill in details from PPR for the other Sale Agreeds, but none of them have progressed to Sold. What is there is:
Given a bog-standard Nutley house was going for c€3m+ at the peak.
These prices seem in order.
Lots of doctors living aroung here, due to it’s proximity to Vincents etc.
So once renovated that’s a near 2m house.
Top location on a decent site but very surprised at that result.
