Any thoughts on this - seems cheap.
A strange enclave of houses encroached on every side by commercial / light industrial units. The large garden is necessary to compensate for the lack of any open space nearby. Strikes me as the kind of place where outsiders rarely venture which could mean there’s a great sense of community or that it could be akward becoming a new neighbour there. That said, it’s not far from kylemore Luas stop and busses on the Naas road and Kylemore road.
A stones throw from Labre park.
I lived nearby for a year, and the canal flooded around that bridge twice. Lots of illegal dumping and general shit left lying around washed up.
It’s marginally more than a stones throw, which is very important, but the dense black smoke will get to you.
