Was €285,000 originally (June 12), dropped to €265,000 in July, & €240,000 this week. Just noticed it in the Galway Advertiser today with a ‘first reasonable offer will secure’ sign. What would be considered ‘reasonable’ I wonder?

People can be very unreasonable 
I remember the field they were built on under at least 6 foot of water years ago after a storm, perhaps thats why they called it Ocean Wave…
