Anyone got any opinions on this one asking €575k. Has a great private south facing garden and potential to do a kitchen extension but at approx €500 sq foot seems very pricey

They seem to have been using the box room as a walk-in wardrobe. Master bedroom doesn’t seem to have storage as a result. By the looks of it the wardrobes would struggle to open in the box room if an inconvenience such as a bed was added!
That said, if you’re spending €575k on this the internal renovation costs would be trivial by comparison…
