Hi All,

So what is this worth?

On the market for €240k.

Achievable rent would be €1250 - €1500 month depending on finish I reckon.

So would €175k - €200k be realistic?

I know the development, great location, but kinda thrown together in the early/mid 1990s, get surprisingly cold in the winter.

Ideal for single people but not somewhere you would raise children in.

Any thoughts positive/negative? Any info I am missing?

Looks kind of cramped for 920 sq feet .The only thing estate agents can count is prices not area.
Good location but probably in the 180 k bracket and nothing more. I would value it more if it was detached like the ad says.

What exactly is is “detached” from? Reality perhaps?

I used to have friends living on New Row South until the burglaries got tiresome.
