Strange one - these were built 8 or 9 years ago but this one has never been lived in.
Decent sized 2-bed with parking. Certainly over-priced (€220k quoted) but what would pinsters reckon?

Management fee of €2,250 sounds like lot of fun.
But yeah, it’s kind of weird that there’s this fancy brochure for this single, specific property and that it’s never been let. Perhaps this EA does up a brochure like this for every property though.
Doesn’t seem overpriced to me, given location and relative sales in the area (Gasworks).
I viewed a few apartments here before and liked them. Storage heaters are off-putting, and Barrow street is pretty noisy if any rooms face onto it. With a parking spot included, I don’t think €200k would be a bad price.
I work on Barrow st and these apartments seem OK, right beside adart station too. However the street is very busy and seems to be a wind tunnel of sorts on bad days. Also I wouldn’t live with storage heating again even if I was sharing with the Sweedish Ladies Vollyball team.
