House seems roomy, back garden is a good size but it needs updating. 850,000 is a lot imho.
€500 per square foot to live down a lane than you have the the cost of refurbishment.
The garden in the photo looks like it is shared with the main house, I wonder where the dividing line will be drawn.
Back in 2011 this would have struggle to sell for €500k and that would have been bad value.
