Don’t like the look of the walls in some of those rooms (odd dark patches, wallpaper falling off), makes me wonder about damp. Plus you’ve posted it on the 'pin, where people have in the past few days been actively discussing strategies to devalue properties:

So I’m expecting it’ll probably have to be condemned and destroyed as bio-hazard waste a couple of weeks after the first viewing, what with all the bananas, tuna and faeces that will be smeared into every crack in the structure.
