That’s a good result for seller. Assume buyer will need to squeeze in a fair few units to make the numbers add up.
Was the other building (Lisheen) sold with it? Savills was asking 1.35M for the entire site here: search.savills.ie/Properties/Com … -Road.aspx
Don’t know but looks more likely that both were included in sale price
