Elstow, 25 Knapton Road, Monkstown, Co Dublin
I thought that The Hill was Monkstowns finest road (and a top road in Dublin - real gem).
I also thought that Queens Park was also up there (some real mega renovations).
As was Alma Road (plenty of +2.5m houses).
As are parts of Seapoint / Longford Tce (I.e Albany, Santa Maria etc.) (plenty +2.5m houses)
As are parts of Belgrave Square (also plenty of +2.5m houses)
I didn’t that Knapton was still a road of much note anymore ?
Are there many 3m (or even +2m houses) any more on this road ?

There are plenty of +2m houses with big gardens on knapton road, yes but it’s not the finest road (it has houses on both sides of the road! The horror!).
Is that a coincidence - 10pm on Sat night ?
