Well, well, well - there is a steady drip of interesting properties coming on around town.
This is the latest - yes, a garden, but with Monkstown road frontage on two sides.
I reckon it is worth a punt at 200k but can see it going for more.
Lisney had another site just down the road a few weeks ago.
It was originally asking €220k by private treaty sale but they changed it to an auction @ €175k. Think it sold but not sure how much it went for.
