I see this more and more in the high-end - full asking that sells in a reasonable time (< 3 months), but for a material discount off the asking price, without ever going to price reductions etc. Savills took 400k off the asking and settled.

Again, it shows how weak the high-end is (and pretty much what it would have made in mid 2013).

This was a very good house imho and on a very good amount of land.
