Worst Case - Confidence;German Up, US Down

This could be the worst of all outcomes for Ireland inc.

On the day when the IFO survey showed German consumer confidence growing and the economy gaining strenth (not to mention that many economists believe the official German growth figures are being UNDER reported to help keep wage inflation down), news from the US shows that the consmer there, could be, getting cold feet.
