38 Watermill Road, Raheny

Sold in April 2014 for 412k
http://propertypriceregisterireland.com ... nd-105999/
Now asking 575k
https://www.daft.ie/dublin/houses-for-s ... n-1393352/

We viewed this on Saturday, along with half of Raheny it would appear (there were long queues to get up the stairs, etc.). Not very impressed. Finish (floors, etc.) look very cheap, and some parts of the old house have not been touched in the recent refurb, bar a lick of paint.

Bidding now north of 600k I believe. Madness.

Raheny is just insane at present - maybe with stock now coming on may calm.

But this takes the biscuit - you can hardly park a car in the drive

And it is not finished in parts. And a fairly small back for that area.

I'm hoping things calm in D5 - but little hope the EAs in area are going for it and fuelling the crazy stuff - they have just put basically 10 % on all asking within 1/ 2 months.
