Looks like Bosco's house. The original laminate & aluminium kitchen!

Welcome back to the 1970s! Looks well maintained and very original.

That would have been a very unusual house design for the 1970's, 80's or even 90's for somewhere like Kells, a sleepy, essentially rural town. The price quoted may reflect development potential of the large site.

Which would be part of the old boundary wall of the Headfort estate.

I really like the choice of mature trees which are not oppressively blocking shade. The big garden with its own mini-wood looks like a brilliant place for kids to play to their hearts content.

Kells would be quite commutable up and down the M3 for someone working in the Blanch or adjoining areas of Dublin so you could have the dual attraction of commutability with an idyllic semi-rural retreat.

1973's take on tudor architecture. Very American and quite unusual.

It certainly looks very American suburban in style, but I have to say I find it works quite well, especially with the mature trees along the drive. Surprised to say I like it, it'd make a fine home if rejuvenated
