I believe a bid of 450k was turned down.

When I viewed this earlier in the year, it had gone sale agreed and had just gone back on the market. Per the EA at that time, there had been 3 bidders involved up to 520k where it had gone sale agreed. I believe the buyer pulled out, the other 2 bidders had moved on so they started up the viewings again.

If any of that from the EA was true, 70k is quite the drop for the vendor to stomach. There was one further down the road that was asking 525k. I wonder what that went for?

it was for sale in 2011 for 450k, which i offered and the owner refused. a complete time-waster hoping for some magical bidding war to take it to asking +100
