Needs a lot of money spent, but getting there all the same. After all, it is hard to believe there are many bank managers or senior solicitors who wouldn't be most proud to host Xmas nibbles in such a house. Not quite trophy, but more than acceptable for that upper-middle strata of buyers I would have thought.
