Twinlite of Tyrellstown- Spokesman now on Scruffy.

edit- it's 103 houses, not 209. He has no idea where the SBP got the 209 figure from.
No Goldman Sachs involvement...it's all Twinlite selling the houses they currently own as they want out of the rental business. It will take them 4 to 5 years to divest of the 103 houses so about 20 per year.
All current occupants are being given the opportunity to buy their current house with no bidding wars etc. There will be no selling off of blocks of houses to Investors/Funds.

So a very different story to what the SBP/SF/AAA has out there

Show ended with Joe apologising to all who couldn't get on and were waiting incl David Hall

Standard stuff from RTE. Get a property developers in to talk about housing supply.

Next up, Eammon Dunphy on the efficacy of quantitative easing.

I think you'll find that the ECB need old fashioned centre backs, a 4 4 2 formation and a bit more about them.

Report from the Repossession Court in CoClare coming up now on the Sean O'Rourke show on RTE radio 1

edit- in 1 of the cases involving Pepper, the Judge demanded to know how much they had paid for the Mortgage in question i.e. how big a discount they got. Pepper's solicitor did not have that info and the case was adjourned.
Surely this was none of the Judge's f-n business and nothing to do with the case before them all.

Dunno about that....Portillo and the retired General seem to be absolving the British Politicians and Officers of the blame for the aftermath, it was the 'Men' who lost control. Still looking out for their own, 100 years later

Broadsheet produced a transcript
you’ve got people who are moderately well-off who are earning above average wage, living in social houses, receiving what is effectively a very subsidised rent.

you're not wrong -
what a headline "I Have To Return Some Videotapes"

not just clickbait - far, far more dishonest and malignant than that
