Hello

Looking for an app for investment. Can anyone give me input about this one. I know Dublin 8 is a relatively good area but I dont really know this specific area

It seems like ground floor. Is this a significant problem?

Thank you.

Maybe to elaborate on that, are there any specific areas in Dublin 8 you would recommend investing in/avoiding.

I know it is not the best neighbourhood in Dublin, just looking for a decent one that is expected to have strong demand in upcoming years.

I saw that Portobello and The Liberties are considered good and Dolphin's Barn and Rialto- pretty bad.
Any others you can think of?

Thanks!!

Rialto has been fashionable for quite a while now.
