Microsoft is departing that building along with a couple of others it currently occupies in the Sandyford area once its new purpose built "campus" is ready in Cherrywood.

Yep - except Microsoft are moving to South County Business Park, Leopardstown rather than Cherrywood:

Their European product development centres (EPDC 2 & 5) are currently in South County Business Park.
