They knocked it down by 100k from the original 1295k asking after being up for a couple of months, it's quite a bit smaller than most of the other houses on the square and the "back" garden is actually a side garden that borders the main road. It's not actually on the square proper, being the last house before Monkstown road. It has a bit of an odd layout, but that looks easily fixable.

Planning search suggests the owners recently had planning rejected for a detached house in the side garden (after doing half the approved extension a few years ago) and are now looking to offload. Thoughts on what it's worth in the current market?
