This pattern - visible to the naked eye - is really something the CSO should adjust for in the RPPI.

Ditto for the ESRI/RTB rental price index.

Looks like rental asking prices are flatlining . There is only so far rents can be pushed. Fairly standard to see two couples looking to rent 2 bed apartments in many areas.

Harder to know which direction property prices will go

The buttons appear on the right but the charts are no longer visible - just black space.

This happens on IE and Chrome.

Any idea why this might be the case?

Working fine for me in Firefox and Chrome. Have another look and see if it's back. The server that dishes up the charts on bl.ocks.org has some rate limits although I'd expect that to affect the whole page. The data for the graphs, though, is served by github so I expect that's where the problem is/was. Again, could be a rate/usage limit. Maybe there's a few people actually viewing this stuff nowadays. I don't pay anything for it as it's part fun and part semi-serious experiment. :D
